Jugular Jone's and the Westside Warlock's have returned from their south pole expedition and have just dropped some wicked vaportrap hypnagogic dreampunk

It's beginning to smell a lot like Krampus
Everywhere you go
Just look in the abandoned mall, aging boomers are starting to squall
Armed with credit cards and silver smiles all aglow
It's beginning to smell a lot like Krampus
Spoiled boomers raiding every store
But the prettiest sight to see, is the birch switches that will be
Making your behind sore!
What’s that beneath the trees?
I thought hoarding was a disease
Outlined in the DSM-IV!
Screens that will talk and robots that will walk
Is the hope of Janice and Jen.
With all the screaming from videos gleaming
Mom and Dad can hardly wait for school to start again
It's beginning to smell a lot like Krampus
Everywhere you go
There's a drunk in the Grand Hotel, and one in the park as well
The sturdy kind of wino that sleeps in his own yellow snow
It's beginning to look a lot like Krampus
Soon the hell will start
And the thing that will make it rise, comes from all the stuff you buy
To fill up your empty heart
It's beginning to smell a lot like Krampus
Soon the rot will start
And the thing that will make it mold, is the greed that you all hold
Right within your rotten heart
It's beginning to look a lot like Krampus, Krampus, Krampus, Krampus, Krampus

"On Saturday 5th October at 2200 UTC (6 PM EST) there’s a new transmission from DJ Frederick’s Free Radio Skybird on 6070 khz on shortwave. The later time which will help propagation hopefully is broadcast by Channel 292 ( http://www.channel292.de/ ) and if you haven’t a shortwave set can also be heard on the SDR link on their site here ( http://websdr.ewi.utwente.nl:8901/?tune=6070am ).

This month’s programme will feature: Justin Patrick Moore’s Radiophonic Laboratory, Steve with Mini-indie radio and our very own One Deck Pete presenting the Skybird Mailbag. They will also play his “Solar minimum but the music’s maximum” mix that has tunes from: Froth Whitlam, Dasya, Andre J Kwenda and a worldwide exclusive from Madtone.

The programme will be available on DJ Frederick’s Soundcloud page ( https://soundcloud.com/djfrederick ) the day before, if you want to hear the show in quality stereo. We here prefer it intermingled with the sounds of the ionosphere. Tune in and turn on whichever way you fancy!"

This past Saturday, August 17 2019, there was a flying saucer attack at the WAIF 88.3 FM studios. Monster Syd prepared the mix, but it was subverted by alien intelligences from beyond the terrestrial sphere.

Here is my new #hardplaza track. Hardplaza is distinct from its cousin Mallsoft by using punk noise and trap music that is very easily looped as ‘sinister sizurp’ music. The genius of hardplaza is that it’s meant to control your mind and make you shop more, even though it’s not distinct. It’s meant to be left on repeat while the ‘listener’ eats at the food court. The repetition of the music eventually forces its way into the listener’s mind subconsciously, to be recalled at later date as a memory of something that may or may not have happened. Hardplaza is the ultimate commentary on our post-industrial, dead mall landscape littered with failing infrastructure and suped up hoopties.

As distinct as hardplaza is argued by listeners, the concept of post-ambient commentary about consumer culture is not new and hardplaza fits easily within the spectrum of trapwave fracking vapor music.
